The chute switch is a device designed to issue an alarm signal and emergency stop the belt conveyor when the chute of a belt conveyor or the chute of a tripper is blocked by transported materials. It is mounted on the side wall of the chute and operates by moving a detection plate due to the side pressure from accumulated materials such as ore. The detection plate is installed using dust-proof bearings, allowing it to move smoothly even if dust adheres to it. To prevent issues caused by condensation, a proximity switch type is also available as an option. The detection operating force can be adjusted from 9.8 N to 14.7 N at the tip of the detection plate. Therefore, the chute switch can be used across a wide range of belt conveyor lines, from small powders to bulk materials.

However, since the sludge accumulates in the liquid, they are troubled by not knowing how to monitor it or what kind of measuring instruments to use... If the accumulated sludge cannot be measured... ● The quality of the treated water deteriorates, making reuse difficult. ● The rake experiences increased load and wears out.
